Founder and CEO, Dr. Milind has served as Head of Technology and R&D for reputed companies in India and abroad such as Marico International Business Group & Kaya and Dabur International Business Division. Earlier Dr Milind Khandkar has worked with International MNCs such as Dow Corning, J&J and HLL.
He has 25+ years of experience in the field of formulation development and innovation in Personal Care, Home Care, Oral Care, Foods, Hospital & Health and Advanced Technology Product Development. Strong experience in setting up production plants for personal care products in India as well as abroad in Egypt, South Africa, Vietnam, Thailand, Bangladesh, UAE, Australia and the US.
He has Received various National and International awards for product and packaging innovations.
